The Piccolo Lord rice, distributed in the best Brun Gelmino S.r.l dealers., is produced in a traditional rice-factory, in a fertile terrain, rich of pure waters. This is the ideal Habitat for Piccolo Lord Arborio, Carnaroli and Vialone Nano.
Piccolo Lord was born in this protected environment, to offer an accurate quality selection to a demanding and pernickety consumer.
All the production phases are carefully respected. From the selection of the raw material to the accurate refinement processes which provide an electronic selection in order to remove the imperfect grains and the impurities. The result is a high quality product which preserves the integrity of all the rice nutritive values.
