We propose salami arrears of our production, einkorn bread fresh pasta made with our einkorn flour and seasoned with our sauces, buns, roast poultry, stews, grilled meats, stews, boiled vegetables and fresh fruit or processed in sauces, chutneys or jams that often accompany cow's milk cheeses, goats and buffaloes without speaking of desserts from cakes to parfaits with homemade cakes. For lovers of the game you can do themed dinners. After lunch you can stroll on foot or by bike (provided by us) along the bank of the Oglio, immersed in nature.
